- Restaurant Onboarding: Guide new restaurant partners through setup and launch, including restaurant information, menus, booking settings, and operational processes - Partner Support: Act as the main point of contact for restaurants and support them with day-to-day questions and operational issues - Product Adoption: Help restaurants effectively use Earlyone’s booking and ordering functionality and adopt new features - Performance Monitoring: Track restaurant activity, booking and order performance, confirmation times, cancellations, and other key operational indicators - Issue Coordination: Identify and coordinate operational and technical issues with Earlyone’s Product and Support teams - Partner Feedback: Collect restaurant feedback and communicate recurring needs and improvement opportunities to the Product team - End-Customer Support: Assist Earlyone app users with restaurant bookings, orders, payments, and order-related issues

- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative approach - A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required - Ability to work with digital products and quickly understand new functionality - Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously - Proficiency in Armenian; working knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage
