- Define and govern the technical vision and target architecture for data platforms and data management capabilities - Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles, IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements - Review and approve solution designs, architectural decisions (ADRs), and technical proposals - Define and enforce architecture standards and non-functional requirements (performance, availability, security, observability, DR) - Participate in architecture and technical governance forums - Co-define the tribe technical roadmap together with the Tribe Lead - Shape and prioritize IT-related initiatives within the tribe backlog - Synchronize technical delivery with Product Owners and squads - Support release planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation - Ensure delivery follows Agile / Agile@Scale and SDLC standards - Balance delivery speed with long-term architectural sustainability

- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or platform engineering - 3+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, Solution/Data Architect) - Experience with enterprise-scale data platforms, preferably in regulated environments - Experience working in Agile / Agile@Scale delivery models - Data Warehouse and Data Lake architectures (ODS, DDS, Data Marts) - On-prem and hybrid data platforms. frameworks, orchestration, and SQL/data modeling - Streaming and batch data processing concepts - Understanding of cloud data services and Kubernetes at architecture level - Data security, access control, metadata, lineage, and data quality concepts - Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements (PII, audit, data residency)
