Demos, negotiations, expansions — you’re on calls with US and European buyers every day, and your team learns by watching you - The team. The sales team reports to you. You coach, raise the bar, and scale what works — kill what doesn’t - The system. CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, lead scoring, outbound tooling, dashboards. You run the revenue engine and evolve it — AI-native in how you work - The customer. You care deeply about customers: you know why they buy, why they churn, and what they need next. You work daily with marketing and product, feeding market signal into campaigns and the roadmap

- A hands-on closer and leader. High energy, high agency — you create pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and close You’d never run sales from a dashboard alone - B2B SaaS sales experience you can back with numbers — revenue you personally closed, quota attainment, pipeline you built. International sales into Tier-1 markets strongly preferred; SMB velocity sales (high volume, fast cycles) is your home turf - Fluent English and sharp communication — non-negotiable. You’ll sell to US and European buyers daily - Deeply analytical. You dive into product usage data to find revenue, build your own reports, and treat sales as a system, not an art form - Customer-obsessed. You listen, you follow through, and customers trust you - A collaborator. You work tightly with marketing and product and can rally people who don’t report to you. - Comfortable with US-hours overlap and occasional travel
