Marketing Manager

The Republic (Wine Republic, Thaiwine Republic, Asador, Mao)

- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns online and across platforms - Create and manage content for social media and advertising materials - Organize and coordinate events, advertising campaigns, and launches of new services or products - Conduct market and competitor research, and analyze consumer behavior and market trends - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare the relevant reports - Ensure consistency of the company's brand style and communication across all marketing materials - Collaborate with external partners, advertising agencies, and suppliers as needed - Perform operational functions related to the role

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - At least 2–3 years of professional experience in marketin - Good knowledge of modern marketing tools, digital marketing, and social media - Strong market research and data analysis skills - Good command of Microsoft Office applications - Excellent command of Armenian and good command of English and/or Russian - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative thinking, strong organizational and analytical abilities - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
