Director of Food & Beverage

- Ensure that each food and beverage outlet and banquet is managed successfully as an independent profit center - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction - Maintain exceptional quality standards in food, beverage, service, and presentation - Create memorable dining experiences aligned with luxury hospitality expectations - Manage budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and operational performance - Inspire, train, and mentor a high-performing F&B team - Other related duties as assigned

- At least 3–5 years proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or senior F&B leader within a luxury hotel - Strong leadership, communication, and strategic management skills - Deep knowledge of fine dining, beverage programs, banqueting, and guest experience excellence - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills - High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence - Knowledge of English language
