- Perform computer and printer setup, configuration, maintenance, and software modifications - Identify and maintain problems in optical, wireless and wired computer networks, their nodes, and equipment at all locations, in cooperation with the Company's network team or the service company - Prepare and provide mobile phones, perform technical maintenance according to the formats approved by the Company - Carry out maintenance and adjustment of video surveillance systems, equipment, and their network at the Goris office, 3 HPPs, and 5 reservoirs, according to the procedure established by the Company. Cooperate with the service company if necessary - Perform maintenance of the electronic entry/exit system, card programming, and reporting at the Goris office and 3 HPPs - Ensure the smooth operation of the ALFA CENTER system in the Goris office and 3 HPPs by providing computer, software and communication services. Cooperate with the technical department of the “Settlement Center” CJSC, if necessary - Do not disclose technical details of the IT infrastructure within the Company or outside the Company during his/her work activities - In case of involving a contractor company, ensure OHS and EHS instructions, availability of special uniforms and appropriate documentation - Manage the IT equipment warehouse in collaboration with the manager - Perform other duties consistent with the position

- Higher education in a relevant field - Knowledge of MS Windows, Mac, Apple IOS, Android operating systems and their implementation and maintenance skills - Network infrastructure maintenance skills - Knowledge of computer hardware, mobile phone architecture, communication equipment, security camera equipment
