Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products) - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities - Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities - Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide - Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance with local and international gaming laws - Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling industry - Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, and gambling products is an advantage - Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis - Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements - Experience in developing partnerships and managing key accounts - Proficiency in CRM tools, business development software, and project management tools - Knowledge of the Turkish language is required, and knowledge of any additional language is an advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Result-driven and highly motivated - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment - Persuasive with strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills - Open to travel for business meetings and industry events - Working schedule is night shift, from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM
