SMM Specialist

- Develop and coordinate social media content plans with management - Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, in line with the approved content plan in close collaboration with designer and marketing manager - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries across social media platforms when required - Participate in brainstorming sessions for the development of content plans and the airline’s overall content strategy - Manage dedicated sections of the airline’s website, including creating and publishing content related to new destinations, products, and services - Write engaging articles, news pieces, and promotional texts for the website and social media channels - Create short-form video content using popular video editing and content creation applications (basic to intermediate editing skills required)

- Higher education or college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Juornalism, Design - English and Russian language skills at Intermediate level or higher - Excellent Armenian language skills, both written and spoken - Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations - Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms - Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-oriented content - Solid understanding of current social media trends, formats, algorithms, and best practices, both locally and globally - Portfolio demonstrating relevant social media management and content creation projects is required; - Passion for aviation is a advantage
