Sales Specialist

DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre

- Keep and respond to correspondence and inquiries from guests, partners and other referral networks, make reservations as needed - Be aware of the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans - Prepare sales proposals to clients applying clearly defined terms and conditions under direct supervision of DOSM or Senior Sales Manager - Track future room availability on the basis of reservations - Ensure that restricted dates, offer rates and promotions are updated and monitored on daily basis - Effectively collaborate with the events and marketing functions in order to increase overall sales volume

- At least one years of experience in the similar position in hotels or travel agencies - Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages - Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills - Result-oriented and multi-tasking skills - Higher education
