Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries - Conduct consultations and needs assessments - Present products and services - Follow up on leads - Convert inquiries into sales - Maintain customer relationships - Collect customer feedback - Ensure high customer satisfaction - Maintain CRM records and sales reports - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred - Experience in customer-facing sales - Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong objection-handling abilities - Customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - CRM experience - Strong organizational skills - Fluent English and/or Russian (additional languages are an advantage)
