Product Architect

- Analyze customer, market, and business requirements - Design new product features, modules, and solution concepts - Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and product requirements - Prepare process flows, use cases, and solution diagrams - Collaborate closely with System Analysts to define detailed requirements and acceptance criteria - Support estimation, planning, and prioritization activities - Participate in presales activities, customer workshops, and discovery sessions - Define integration approaches with third-party systems and external services - Support development teams throughout the implementation process and provide clarification when needed; - Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and product objectives.

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, or System Analysis - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in banking, fintech, lending, payments, digital financial services, or telecommunications (BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, customer management, digital channels, or value-added services) - Experience with CRM, BPM, ERP, Digital Banking, or Telecom BSS/OSS platforms - Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-based solutions, APIs, system integrations, and modern software architecture principles - Experience participating in software presales, customer workshops, and discovery sessions - Experience working in international and cross-functional teams - Understanding of UI/UXprinciples and customer journey design - Technical background in software development is a plus - Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies - Ability to analyze, model, and document business processes and workflows - Experience preparing functional specifications, user stories, and business requirements documents - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills - Fluency in Armenian and English languages
