- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy aligned with business objectives - Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and market trends - Define annual and quarterly marketing priorities and initiatives - Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints - Generate and approve high-impact marketing campaigns that support acquisition, retention, and revenue growth - Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team - Set clear objectives, priorities, and expectations for team members - Build a high-performance, data-driven marketing culture - Facilitate collaboration between marketing and other departments including Sales, Product, Customer Care, Operations, and HR - Own overall marketing performance and business impac - Define, monitor, and improve departmental KPIs. - Analyze campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI - Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to executive management

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - Excellent knowledge of Russian and Armenian - Online shopping experience with freight forwarders - 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities - Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies - Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, and customer acquisition - Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities - Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
