Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces
- Prepare 2D floor plans, 3D models, and visualizations
- Conduct client meetings, identify needs, and present design solutions
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and execution
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Prepare project documentation (specification sheets, material lists, quotes)
- Oversee the construction phase and coordinate changes as they arise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 3+ years of experience in interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar software
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Portfolio of residential and/or commercial projects
- Ability to prepare project documentation and client presentations
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach
- Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of Russian or English is a plus
