Monitoring and Technical Service Specialist

SOLARON

- Monitor photovoltaic (PV) systems and their performance - Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving technical issues - Maintain and manage work-related documentation and records - Activate and configure monitoring systems for solar installations - Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor

- Higher education; a technical background is preferred - At least 1 year of relevant work experience - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) is required - Excellent verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure - Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to effectively handle customer complaints and resolve disputes
