Travel Consultant / Sales & Visa Specialist

- Provide high-quality customer service - Research and present various travel destinations - Plan and develop tour packages - Handle bookings and reservations - Collaborate with partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery - Assist with visa application processes and provide consultation to clients

- Higher education - Sales and marketing skills - At least 1 year of work experience in the tourism field (mandatory) - Good knowledge of popular travel destinations - Experience in visa processing and support (is welcome) - Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian (additional languages are a plus) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong customer service skills
