Senior Project Manager

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different departments - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables - Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones - Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery - Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans - Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to management - Ensure projects comply with company standards, processes, and quality requirements - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project management practices - Support change management and ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role - Strong understanding of project management methodologies - Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects - Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is considered an advantage - Excellent English, both written and spoken is a must
