Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and providing accurate and timely customer support
- Make outgoing calls to provide information about insurance services and maintain communication with customers and partners
- Provide information about insurance services and terms
- Record customer inquiries, questions, and complaints in the system
- Direct customer calls to the appropriate specialists
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards
- Participate in internal trainings and self-development programs
Required Qualifications
- Higher education or secondary vocational education
- Excellent command of Armenian (knowledge of Russian and English is considered an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stress resistance and a high level of responsibility
- Work experience in a Communications Center or in customer service will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly
