Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls to IT Service Desk and provide necessary support to the Bank staff on IT matters
- Handle tickets in Jira IT Service Desk properly and on time
- Address technical and software problems of the Bank staff within the scope of authorities
- Analyze and evaluate Jira IT Service Desk tickets and where necessary forward them to appropriate IT specialists of the Bank
- Instruct the Bank staff on usage of Jira IT Service Desk and other IT systems
Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer science
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in addressing software and hardware problems
- Knowledge of web-related programs
- Good Windows user
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances
- Ability to make decisions quickly and autonomously
- Team player
- Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
- Troubleshooting skills
