Responsibilities
- Implementation of chargebacks in international payment systems, preparation of official letters
- Compilation and submission of reports to payment systems, relevant departments
- Implementation of card reissuance function in case of software problems
- Verification and approval of card transactions sent offline
- Sharing and importing of file
- Submission of monthly and quarterly reports to VISA, MasterCard payment systems
- Verification of invoices received from payment systems
- Submission of LAT reports
- VISA CONCIERGE CHAT BOT Service Base Management
Required Qualifications
- Higher economic or mathematical education
- At least three years of working experience in the banking system
- At least one year of experience in payment systems
- Knowledge of legislation regulating payment systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of SQL or Python programming would be an advantage
- Ability to navigate quickly
- Excellent oral and written command of the Armenian language
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
