Commercial Department Specialist (Analyst)

- Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to sales, load factors, yields, and route performance - Analyze booking trends, revenue performance, and passenger data - Support pricing and inventory analysis for scheduled flights - Monitor competitor activity and market trends - Assist with forecasting and performance tracking - Validate and reconcile commercial data from different systems - Create dashboards and presentations for management - Support ad-hoc analytical requests from the commercial team - Identify anomalies and provide recommendations based on data analysis

Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, or a related field Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, charts, conditional formatting) Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong numerical abilities Good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high data accuracy Basic understanding of airline commercial operations Ability to interpret data trends and provide business-oriented insights Basic knowledge of statistics and forecasting principles Additional analytical, aviation, or data-related certifications are considered an advantage
