Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance coordination, Security/Night Control, Guest Relations, Reservations coordination, and operational stock coordination
- Carry out regular inspections of all operational departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service standards, employee presentation, and grooming
- Be responsible for day-to-day guest and operational queries, complaints, incidents, or problems that arise in the hotels and apartments
- Work alongside all Heads of Departments to ensure the smooth, coordinated, and efficient running of daily operations
- Monitor guest rooms, apartments, public areas, service points, staff behavior, and operational readiness to ensure compliance with Hayasa standards
- Ensure timely follow-up on maintenance issues, room defects, housekeeping standards, and operational gaps
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews, complaints, and service recovery actions
- Coordinate with Reservations and Front Office teams on guest arrivals, special requests, room readiness, and guest communication
- Support department heads in maintaining discipline, proper shift handovers, internal communication, and service consistency
- Ensure that company SOPs, internal procedures, service standards, and reporting requirements are properly followed
- Prepare operational reports and highlight issues requiring management attention
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality management role
- Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance coordination, and guest service processes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams, follow up on tasks, and maintain operational discipline
- Strong guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues
- Good command of Armenian, English, and Russian
- Knowledge of hotel systems, PMS, and reporting tools is an advantage
