CENTRAL BANK OF ARMENIA

- Conduct analysis and assessment of ML/TF and sanctions compliance risks related to financial institutions and virtual asset service providers (VASPs) - Conduct sectoral and targeted analyses related to ML/TF and international sanctions compliance risks - Perform sample reviews of transactions carried out through financial institutions - Analyze blockchain transactions using relevant analytical tools - Participate in on-site and off-site inspections of financial institutions/VASPs - Contribute to the development of methodological guidelines and supervisory tools for assessing ML/TF and sanctions compliance risks in financial institutions/VASPs - Monitor publications and international developments issued by international organizations in the supervisory field - Participate in discussions with local and international authorities and organizations, prepare required documentation, and contribute to joint projects - Participate in drafting violation reports, as well as preparing notifications and official correspondence for financial institutions, public authorities, and citizens

- Higher education in Economics, Finance, or a related field - At least 2 years of professional experience in the financial sector, including at least 1 year in AML/CFT or crypto-assets related functions - Strong knowledge of AML/CFT legislation - Knowledge of the RA legislation regulating the crypto-assets sector - Understanding of ML/TF risks related to crypto-assets - Experience using blockchain transaction monitoring tools - Comprehensive knowledge of banking operations - Knowledge of financial legislation and regulatory frameworks - Strong understanding of international standards published by organizations such as FATF - Practical knowledge of risk management principles - Fluency in Armenian - Good command of English and Russian
