Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients (SMEs and large companies)
- Organize meetings with clients and present proposals
- Sell passive products (bank accounts, deposits, international transfers, FX, POS terminals, etc.)
- Maintain and service the passive portfolio, provide client consultation, support, and problem resolution
- Identify client needs (through calls, negotiations, and analysis) and perform cross selling.
- Ability to set individual terms and tariffs for servicing bank accounts for clients.
- Collect documentation related to client account servicing and cooperation with other departments
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in banking or a related field
- Knowledge of banking regulations and legislation
- Knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Armenian (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Russian or English
