IT Project Manager

- Analyze current IT project management and related processes, identify ways to increase their efficiency, and initiate necessary changes through feasibility studies and needs assessments for new solutions - Plan project activities and resources, and manage execution timelines - Coordinate Agile events and remove impediments hindering team productivity - Manage cross-functional teams and applying "servant leadership" principles - Execute time management and continuous progress monitoring - Prepare analytical reports for stakeholders based on performance data

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT sector. Working experience in Banking/FinTech projects will be considered an advantage - Higher education in IT or Management (PMP or ACP certification is an advantage) - Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) - Fundamental knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines - Skills in estimating required resources and performing actual cost calculations - Excellent command of English (for professional and technical communication)
