Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and revenue expansion
- Convert leads into active customers by improving conversion rates and optimizing the customer journey
- Identify new customer segments, market opportunities, and growth channels
- Improve customer retention, engagement, and repeat usage through targeted initiatives
- Lead, coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Set performance targets (KPIs), conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics; analyze sales data, customer behavior, and conversion funnels; prepare reports and forecasts
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Support, Product and Operations teams to align growth initiatives and improve overall customer experience
- Drive and support campaigns aimed at increasing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Develop, optimize, and standardize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Implement best practices, automation tools, and performance improvements where applicable
- Continuously enhance the customer experience throughout the acquisition and retention journey
- Identify operational gaps and recommend initiatives to improve team productivity and business performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management or a related field is preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, customer acquisition, or growth-focused roles, preferably within B2C environments, including e-commerce, retail, or related industries
- Previous experience in team leadership and performance management
