Senior Backend Developer (Node.js / PostgreSQL)

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript - 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js - 5+ years of overall software development experience - Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization - Experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization - Experience with RabbitMQ or NATS for asynchronous messaging - Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and WebSocket services - Understanding of TDD and experience writing unit and integration tests - Experience with Git

- Experience with Docker and containerized applications - Experience with Kubernetes - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure - Experience with monitoring and logging tools - Responsibilities - Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs - Develop new features from scratch - Integrate third-party APIs and services - Optimize application performance and database queries - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Participate in architectural discussions - Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
