Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile daily operational and financial activities
- Perform weekly, monthly and month-end financial closing procedures
- Prepare internal financial reports and reconciliations
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, trends and efficiency variances
- Monitor inventory-related transactions, parts usage and vendor invoices
- Support accounts receivable, collections and payment reconciliations
- Identify disputed invoices, payment discrepancies and support resolution processes
- Assist with financial controls, compliance procedures and audit preparation
- Coordinate between Operations and Finance departments
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Experience in finance, accounting or financial operations is preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
