Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and introducing the most suitable Mastro products - Manage the sales process from lead qualification to conversion with consistent follow-ups - Communicate with interested users through phone calls, social media, and other channels - Identify and develop new sales opportunities through partnerships, referrals, communities, and social media - Maintain CRM records, track sales performance, and prepare simple reports - Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements for products and customer experience - Build long-term relationships with customers and partners while professionally representing Mastro
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales or similar roles - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Confident in phone calls and meetings - Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility - Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools - Quick learner with the ability to adapt fast - Native Armenian required - Russian and/or English is a plus - Experience with CRM or automation tools is a plus
