Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Inform customers about deals and promotions
Required Qualifications
- Proficient user of Armenian, Russian or English languages both spoken and written
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
- Ability to work mixed shifts (day, evening, night)
