- Participation in the Bank's strategic planning process - Implementation of situational analyses of the banking system - Monitoring of financial indicators - Establishing KPIs and conducting further monitoring of their implementation - Monitoring of accurate cascading of KPIs of all units of the Bank and preparation of reports on the results - Comparative analysis of current and planned indicators to support strategic decisions - Preparation of analytical and management reports

- Higher education in economics and business - 3+ years of work experience, preferably in the financial and banking sector - Analytical thinking and experience in establishing KPIs and strategic planning - Good command of Excel, as well as Power BI, SQL or Python tools - Knowledge of Russian and English
