Senior Project Manager

- lead large and complex projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and closure - develop and monitor detailed project plans, phases, risks, dependencies and resources - coordinate effective collaboration between business units, IT teams, vendors and senior management - ensure control over project scope, timelines, priorities and quality - identify issues in a timely manner, propose solutions, and ensure necessary escalation - participate in business requirements formulation, solution evaluation and implementation management - prepare management reports, project status summaries and presentations - contribute to the improvement of project management approaches and processes within the department

- higher education in economics, management or finance - at least 5 years of work experience in a bank - successful experience managing complex and cross-functional projects - experience working with ArmSoft / Armenian Software systems (mandatory) - strong experience with IT projects, IT teams and technical solutions - in-depth knowledge of banking systems, processes and interactions - strong skills in risk management, stakeholder management and performance monitoring - high-level communication, negotiation and presentation skills - analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility - good knowledge of Armenian and Russian (good knowledge of English considered an advantage) - advanced experience with Jira, Confluence and project reporting tools - experience in vendor management, testing/UAT and business analysis - professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or Product Owner
