- Property Sales: Conduct sales of properties in RED Invest Group’s primary, secondary, and international markets. - Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized support and guidance throughout the property acquisition process - Self-Development: Stay consistently informed about real estate market trends, pricing, and industry developments in order to provide clients with well-informed advice - Communication: Apply professional communication and negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals for both clients and RED Invest Group - Reporting: Accurately record detailed information on client interactions, potential leads, and completed transactions in the company’s CRM system - Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as colleagues from other departments, to ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful sales, engagement, and service process

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Armenian, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Russian and English will be considered an advantage - Sales Skills: Ability to identify client needs, present products effectively, negotiate, remain persistent, take initiative, and maintain a results-driven approach - Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong enthusiasm for real estate - Real Estate Knowledge: While the company will provide comprehensive real estate training to help you quickly gain and apply practical knowledge, basic understanding of mortgage lending or other industry-related knowledge will be considered an advantage - Media Presence: High level of social activity and visibility (or willingness to build it) with readiness to attract new clients through personal social platforms and grow sales through personal branding - Commitment to Learning: Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
