- Global Market Research (60%): You will be our lead "scout." Since our mandate is global, you will build and maintain databases of international strategic partners and dealflow. You will lead outreach campaigns and manage the high-stakes follow-up pipeline - Strategic Communications & SMM (20%): You will own the digital voice for our firms. This includes crafting the SMM approach, posting, managing ads, and responding to global inquiries to build our brand presence - Executive & Firm Support (20%): You will be the "right hand" to the Managing Partner (MP). This includes managing complex global travel (flights, hotels, logistics), securing office necessities, and handling general corporate requests to keep the team lean and fast

- Education: A recent graduate with a degree in Business, International Relations, Sociology, Communications or even Liberal Arts. We value candidates who have studied in international environments or have a background that reflects a global mindset - The "Detective" Skillset: You are a natural researcher. You know how to find the right person in any organization and can organize complex data into clean, actionable lists - Communication Pro: You have flawless written and verbal English. You can pivot from a formal email to a high-net-worth investor to a punchy LinkedIn post with ease - Operations-First Mindset: You aren’t looking for a traditional "investor" track; you want to master the business operations of venture capital. You find genuine satisfaction in building systems and keeping a firm running perfectly
