- Perform end-to-end manual testing of platform features, APIs, and integrations - Define testing scope and maintain test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, Checklists) - Contribute to and improve test strategies and QA processes - Investigate and troubleshoot issues using logs, databases, and network analysis - Manage defects in JIRA, ensuring full lifecycle tracking and resolution - Support release processes and ensure product quality before deployment - Collaborate with Development and Product teams to identify risks early - Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers

- 4+ years in Software QA (2+ years in iGaming/Fintech) - Strong experience in backend testing and client-server architecture - Hands-on experience in API testing (REST, JSON) using tools like Postman or Swagger - Solid SQL skills (complex queries, joins, database validation) - Experience with test documentation and QA process improvement - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (logs, network, debugging) - Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
