Responsibilities
- Build and run multi-channel communication campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Continuously run tests and experiments (copy, design, segments, channels)
- Support deliverability and maintain sender reputation
- Customer segmentation: assist in segmenting customer databases to deliver personalised and targeted marketing communications
- Reporting: prepare regular reports on campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and suggest areas for improvement
- Collaboration: work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager for 3+ years (B2C; iGaming experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of marketing effectiveness metrics across the customer journey
- Proficiency with customer engagement platforms
- Understanding of user segmentation and logical operators
- Strong knowledge of HTML and APIs
- Goal-oriented and customer-centric mindset
- Keeping up with internet marketing trends
- AI expertise is a strong plus
- Upper-intermediate level of English
