Responsibilities
- Attract new B2C customers through various channels
- Establish and maintain ongoing communication with existing and potential clients
- Provide feedback to the potential clients and support them through emails, calls, and meetings
- Enter and manage data within the CRM system
- Prepare and send proposals to prospective customers
- Conduct market research to identify new clients and new collaborations
Required Qualifications
- Higher education (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field)
- At least 1 year of experience in client acquisition, sales, or partnership management
- Experience collaborating with various companies or organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English (written and spoken), good knowledge of Russian
