Responsibilities
- Close recruitment, RPO, and HR advisory contracts
- Lead strategic discovery conversations
- Identify risk in client expectations before signing
- Negotiate fee structures responsibly
- Convert warm leads, referrals, and market opportunities into signed agreements
- Represent Meettal with maturity and discipline in Armenia and international markets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Proven experience closing service-based contracts
- Comfort speaking with founders, C-level, decision-makers
- Financial awareness - you understand revenue models and profitability
- Strong English (international market exposure is a plus)
- High personal accountability
