Supervisor/Microfinance Organizations and Business Conduct Supervision Department

CENTRAL BANK OF ARMENIA

- Conduct systemic reviews related to business conduct, identify and assess risks, and present recommendations for risk mitigation - Review and respond to complaints and other signals received from consumers (including drafting responses), identify issues, and assess them - Evaluate the compliance of information published by financial organizations (including advertising materials) - Participate in the development of business conduct rules and regulations

- Higher education in Economics or Law - At least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector - Knowledge of business conduct regulations - Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of the financial syste - Understanding of financial analysis and risk management - Relevant knowledge in accounting, insurance, finance, banking, and the securities market - Excellent command of Armenian, and good knowledge of English and Russian
