AI Engineer (LLM Systems & Agent Automation)

- Build and maintain multi-step agent workflows (generation → QA → publish → feedback loops) - Implement LLM orchestration across providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), including retries, structured outputs, and cost tracking - Develop RAG systems and memory layers (pgvector/Qdrant/OpenSearch + Postgres) - Integrate AI agents with internal tools (Jira, CRM, Notion/Confluence, repositories, analytics) - Work with AI skills, MCP-based tool integrations, and tool-calling frameworks - Implement evaluation and observability (test datasets, tracing, metrics, quality checks) - Build simple internal interfaces (dashboards or chat tools) to help teams use AI systems

- 4–6+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or automation systems - Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications (RAG, tool calling, agent workflows) - Experience working with AI skills frameworks and MCP-based tool integrations - Strong understanding of reliability fundamentals: retries, queues/workers, rate limits, and cost/latency trade-offs - Working knowledge of LLM APIs, vector search, and data integrations - Familiarity with Python/FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and LangGraph - Experience building high-volume AI generation pipelines (“AI farms”) - Familiarity with Azure infrastructure.
