Mid Level UI/UX Designer

- Work closely with developers throughout the product development process - Assist developers in the design and clarification of small tasks and features - Redesign existing products and contribute to the design of new product features and services - Conduct user research to understand user needs and translate insights into design decisions - Apply user-centered design principles in all design solutions - Demonstrate strong product thinking and problem-solving skills when approaching design challenges - Contribute to building and maintaining design systems and component libraries - Create responsive and mobile-first designs - Be ready to dive deeply into the essence of our products and services to deliver effective UX solutions

- 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design - Excellent knowledge of Figma - Strong understanding of UX processes and UI principles - Experience conducting UX research and translating findings into design decisions - Understanding of design systems and reusable components - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Good knowledge of English - Commitment to continuous learning and self-development - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS layout construction is a plus
