Responsibilities
- Handling guest requests, special needs, and complaints with professionalism and care - Finding quick and effective solutions to even complex guest issues - Following up to ensure full guest satisfaction - Managing guest feedback and using it to improve service quality - Conducting regular inspections of rooms and hotel areas to ensure high standards - Coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams for special occasions and VIP arrangements - Participating in hotel meetings and contributing ideas for service improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel operations, guest services, or related fields - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of hotel operations and service standards - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel systems - Languages
