Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with enterprise clients in global markets - Generate new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth and revenue targets - Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding customer needs and identifying expansion opportunities - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders - Lead the sales process from initial outreach through proposal and closing stages, with support from internal teams as needed - Collaborate with Product and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and support requests - Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth - Contribute to sales strategies and initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management - Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented - Strong sense of ownership and accountability - Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills - Growth mindset and strong interest in building a long-term career in technology sales - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience working in international or technology-driven environments is a plus
