Availability / Reliability Engineer

- Design, refine, and validate SLIs aligned with real user journeys - Participate in SLO definition and reliability target calibration - Track and manage error budgets - Analyze latency, error rates, and availability trends - Detect systemic reliability risks before they escalate into incidents - Improve observability quality and metrics correctness - Contribute to post-incident analysis from an SRE perspective - Develop understanding of service dependencies and critical paths - Support evolution of reliability standards and practices

- 2–4 years of experience in SRE, backend engineering, DevOps, or production engineering - Strong understanding of: - SLIs / SLOs / SLAs - Error budgets - MTTR / MTBF - Latency percentiles (p95, p99) - Basics of distributed systems - SQL skills (ability to analyze production and reliability data) - Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar) - Experience in scripting with Python and/or JavaScript - General understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (networking basics, concurrency, system behavior under load) - Analytical mindset and structured thinking - Ability to communicate reliability topics clearly across teams
