- Design brand identity systems: logos, typography, color palettes, visual guidelines - Create packaging layouts and branded collateral - Develop social media templates and digital brand assets - Prepare production-ready files with proper organization and documentation - Apply brand standards consistently across touchpoints - Learn print production workflows and specifications - During lighter project cycles: - Explore conceptual directions for branding projects - Research emerging design trends and brand approaches - Build internal design systems and templates - Develop portfolio-quality self-initiated work

- 3-4 years of graphic or brand design experience - Strong fundamentals in typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma - Portfolio demonstrating identity systems or cohesive multi-touchpoint work - Ability to receive critique constructively and iterate quickly
