- Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards - Collaborate closely with front-end developers and other team members to define objectives and design scalable, cohesive backend solutions that enhance user experience - Analyze existing systems, processes, and codebases to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement and optimization - Define, document, and communicate technical and architectural requirements clearly to stakeholders and team members - Continuously stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Laravel/PHP best practices to ensure modern and efficient development approaches

- 4+ years of professional experience in software development - 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Laravel framework - Strong proficiency in PHP (OOP, design patterns, clean code principles) - Excellent knowledge of Laravel 10+ (Eloquent ORM, Queues, Jobs, Events, Middleware, Service Containers, etc.) - Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs - Solid understanding of SQL schema design and database optimization - Strong knowledge of MySQL - Good understanding of SOLID principles and software architecture best practices - Version control using Git - Dependency management with Composer
