- Conduct activities related to the licensing and registration of newly established organizations - Conduct evaluations of financial organization managers (fit and proper), and manage the processes related to their registration or rejection. - Administer the registration of financial organizations, including their branch offices, in accordance with their policies - Participate in the development and improvement of legislation, internal legal acts in the field of licensing and registration of financial organizations - Identify violations by existing organizations and implement appropriate corrective measures - Perform other tasks related to the licensing and registration processes

- Higher education in economics, finance or law - 1 year of professional experience in the financial field - Demonstrated theoretical and practical knowledge of financial organizations - Comprehensive understanding of legislation related to financial organizations, including laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines - Proficiency in accounting principles and practices - Fluency in Armenian and good knowledg of English and Russian
