- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the indoor advertising direction - Manage budgets, revenue streams, pricing models, and profitability - Ensure sustainable sales growth through direct advertisers, agencies, and major brands - Build, lead, and scale sales and operations teams with clearly defined KPIs - Monitor advertising placement performance and asset utilization efficiency - Develop long-term partnerships with shopping malls, business centers, and property owners - Ensure accountability, operational discipline, and controlled growth - Work closely with company executive management

- 5+ years of experience in indoor advertising or media sales - Mandatory leadership/management experience - Proven track record in sales growth, team building, and scaling operations - Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills - Experience working with agencies and major advertisers is a critical advantage
