QA Engineer

- Plan, design, and execute manual test cases throughout the development lifecycle - Report, track, and verify defect fixes, ensuring issues are resolved before release - Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues - Contribute to regression test suites and collaborate with automation engineers to expand coverage - Test across different platforms and systems, including web, mobile, APIs, and integrations - Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and designers - Work with the product team during the design phase to refine acceptance criteria and identify issues early - Conduct risk analysis and prioritization to decide what to test first and where quality risks are highest - Mentor QA team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality - Drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and practices

- 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering roles (manual focus, with some experience in automation) - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
