Digital Solutions & Process Optimization Specialist

- Analyze end-to-end digital processes across mobile app, POS, loyalty, payment, and back-office systems - Identify friction points negatively impacting customer experience and business operations - Analyze business processes, identify and propose automation opportunities - Map current and future digital workflows (from order to payment and fulfillment) - Define functional requirements for system improvements and new feature implementation - Collaborate closely with internal and outsourced Product, IT, external vendors, and Operations teams - Optimize integrations between the app, POS, CRM, inventory, and payment systems - Support the rollout and adoption of process and system changes across the branch network - Develop clear process documentation and user guidelines for internal teams - Monitor performance metrics (speed, error rates, adoption levels, customer impact) - Continuously identify new automation and digital optimization opportunities

- Higher education (Business, IT, Economics, or a related field) - At least 2 years of work experience in business process optimization, project management, and/or product coordination - Experience working with product, IT, and project management teams - Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements - Experience with loyalty systems, payment flows, or delivery integrations (nice to have) - Hands-on experience in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business and digital processes - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
