- Compilation and submission of claims, applications within the terms and in the order prescribed by the Bank's internal legal acts - Be enrolled and participate in person in judicial proceedings at courts - Preparation and presentation of necessary motions, responses, objections, applications and other procedural documents within the examination of cases - Conclusion of settlement agreements, execution of accounting control in the scope of judicial process - Preparation and submission of appellate and cassation appeals, responses - Submission of applications for issuance of writs of execution, as well as control over whether or not they are sent to the enforcement service by the courts - Submission of proposals aimed at solving cases in proceedings - Maintenance of relevant files for pending court cases - Compilation of reports regarding service functions - Observing and fulfilling the requirements and duties defined by the relevant internal legal acts of the Bank’s functions - Performance of the requirements and duties defined by the relevant internal legal acts of the Bank - Temporary performance of the main functions of any employee of the Service if needed - Performance of other functions of the Service - Execution of written and oral assignments of the supervisor of the Legal department and the head of the Service

- Higher legal education - At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the banking system - At least 1 year relevant work experience with court - Knowledge of banking legislation - Knowledge of Ms Office - Ability of legal analysis - Effective communication skills - Excellent oral and written command of the Armenian language - Knowledge of Russian and/or English
